Perry Wiese
Providing the ultimate customer service experience to residents and future residents of the Carolinas! "My transactions always start first by listening. From there I am able to understand your specific needs and wants, then work diligently to help you achieve all of them."
Perry is a Davidson native living in East Charlotte. His knowledge of the geography and history of Charlotte and much of the surrounding townships/suburbs will assist you with all of your Residential Real Estate endeavors on both sides of the state line! In addition, his attention to education, communication, and implementation of a unique systematic approach to your transaction ensures you will have a clear understanding and make all decisions with confidence.
He is a graduate of Appalachian State University (Go APPs!) where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geology along with a Minor in Business and a Certificate in GIS. Prior to beginning his career in real estate in 2017 Perry worked for 3 years with a civil engineering firm as an Environmental Consultant and AutoCAD Designer. The desire for more interaction with people and a passion for helping others achieve their dreams in all aspects of life drove Perry to the industry where he hasn't looked back!
Perry is a sports and activity fanatic and might be the biggest Panthers fan you come to know! When he is not working you can find him enjoying the many breweries and delicious restaurants Charlotte has to offer. Spending the day in the sun on Lake Norman or Wylie, hiking Crowders Mountain, or participating in intramural sports league teams. He loves being involved in the community he services and actively participates in the Charlotte Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, is President of the Charlotte App State Alumni Board, volunteers at Charlotte's Human Society, and jumps at any other opportunities that present themselves.

Tommy's Pub
Tommy's Pub has a long rooted history of existence in the 28205. Originally located at 2007 Central Avenue in Plaza Midwood, it began in 1951 by Greek immigrant Nick Karras as Central Avenue Bar & Grill. In 1977, his son Tommy took it over and renamed it Tommy's Pub.
When Tommy Karras passed away in 2002 his good buddy and pub regular, James McNally, known locally as "Jim Mack," kept the bar and its namesake alive for the local patrons. Unfortunately, due to the gentrification of the area, the original Tommy's Pub had to close in April 2016. Current owner, Jamie Starks, took the reins and in October 2017 the pub was resurrected in the Eastway Crossing Shopping Center.
For many years "Tommy's" has been grateful to have hosted thousands of local, national & international musicians, of every genre, DJ's, burlesque performers, theatre troops, visual artists, charitable events and even a podcast. We're proud to have won numerous awards over the years, in multiple categories, while serving our community.
